Operator and intended use
Plant Workroom is developed by Vijaya Sundar Jeyaraj as an individual developer. Mailing address: PO Box 9699, College Station, TX 77842, United States. Contact: [email protected]. The app is intended for plant shops and nurseries to track a plant issue, manager decision, assigned recheck and outcome.
Accounts and shop access
Each person should use their own verified account, whether their email is personal or issued by a shop. Shop owners choose who can join and which locations members may access. Staff can report and complete assigned work; managers and owners can make case decisions according to their granted role. An invitation or payment alone does not transfer ownership of another shop's records.
Plant decisions and submitted content
Plant Workroom is a coordination and decision-support tool. A preliminary plant assessment can be uncertain, unavailable or wrong. A manager remains responsible for sale holds, product selection, treatment instructions and whether plants can be sold. Follow product labels and applicable requirements. No plant recovery or treatment result is guaranteed.
Shop members may add photos, notes, counts and decisions to a shared case. Submit only content your shop is allowed to use and avoid unnecessary personal details. A saved local draft is not available to the team until the service acknowledges it. Role removal does not automatically erase the shop's plant history. Our app privacy page explains the current data route and account requests.
Trial, payment and refunds
An eligible shop may start a no-card trial. A subscription starts only when the owner confirms Paddle checkout. Before payment, Paddle shows the seller, final price, billing period, tax and renewal terms. The plan page describes included locations and assessment allowances; payments and refunds explains cancellation and refund requests. Account deletion, shop-data deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Availability, account requests and changes
Features may be unavailable or interrupted. Offline drafts remain on the device until they are sent or removed; another team member cannot see an unsent draft. A saved alert preference does not guarantee a phone alert or report email. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
To request personal account deletion, use the account deletion request page. When available, the authenticated in-app request submits your personal account request for review and shows a receipt. If the in-app request is unavailable, you can request a manual review by email. Opening your email app does not submit a request until you send the message. Shop data and ownership require separate verification. We explain shared-content handling and timing when reviewing a request.
We may update this page as the service changes. These terms do not replace a platform app license or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
