Updated October 20, 2026. These terms describe Plant Workroom web subscriptions when a checkout is offered. A subscription starts only after you confirm the amount in Paddle checkout.
Before a charge
Reading this page, contacting support and starting an eligible no-card trial do not create a charge. A shop owner must choose a plan and confirm Paddle checkout to subscribe. The checkout displays the final price, billing period, renewal terms and applicable tax.
Who handles payment
Paddle is the seller and payment provider for web subscriptions. Paddle shows the final amount and sends the purchase receipt. Plant Workroom does not ask you to email card details.
Cancel future renewals
Monthly and yearly subscriptions will renew unless canceled. Use the Manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle.net to request cancellation. A normal cancellation stops the next renewal and usually leaves access through the paid period shown by Paddle. Cancellation alone does not refund the current payment. Deleting a personal app account or shop record is a separate request and does not cancel billing.
Ask for a refund
If the first paid subscription does not fit your shop, contact [email protected] within 14 calendar days of that first charge. We will review the problem and ask Paddle to issue a full refund for that first payment where appropriate. Paddle is the seller and decides and processes payment refunds; a request within 14 days does not guarantee approval. You can also request a refund directly through the support link in your Paddle receipt, your billing page, or Paddle.net.
For a renewal charge, a mistaken or duplicate charge, or a serious service problem, contact us or Paddle promptly. Renewal and other discretionary refunds are reviewed case by case; canceling partway through a paid month or year does not automatically create a prorated refund. Paddle may approve a full or partial refund or decline a discretionary request. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.
After approval
Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible and says it processes it within 14 days of approval. Access paid for by a refunded transaction can end when the refund is confirmed. Plant Workroom will use Paddle's confirmed payment state to update shop access; an emailed request by itself does not change a subscription.
What to include
Send the receipt or transaction number, purchase email, charge date and amount, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or password. We can help locate the correct transaction and explain the next step.
This page does not replace Paddle's refund policy or any non-waivable legal right. The checkout terms shown at purchase govern the transaction.
